Christophe Eliet is a French pastry chef based in Costa Rica, known for his expertise in crafting traditional French desserts. Beyond his culinary pursuits, Christophe Eliet is also an avid off-road motorcycle enthusiast. He has lived in Costa Rica for over two decades and has participated in national and Latin American enduro championships. In 2012, he founded Enduro Tour Costa Rica, offering guided motorcycle tours through the country’s diverse landscapes. His company caters to international clients, providing a unique blend of adventure and local culture.

A lifelong dirt bike enthusiast, Eliet has participated in various motocross and enduro championships, including the French “Provence Endurance” and Latin American Enduro Championships. In 2012, he founded Enduro Tour Costa Rica, offering guided off-road motorcycle tours through the country’s diverse landscapes. His company caters to international clients, providing a unique blend of adventure and local culture. Eliet’s fleet includes models from brands like Sherco, and his tours are known for their personalized service and challenging routes.
